Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Auburn, an IHG Hotel

It was just right for our family and big enough so we could all be together. Our children are adults but like to keep them close when traveling and this fit our plans. Location was just right, we did ball game in Boston at TD Garden, and also did Basketball Hall of Fame. So being in the middle of both venues worked. Wish I could remember lady's name that checked us in she was very helpful and informative. Gave us directions and ideas for dinner when we arrived, not everyone would give us the time of day but she offered us directions and ideas. Appreciated her help and kindness.

The staff was very friendly, the facilities were clean, the breakfast was great, the room was quiet and comfortable. The parking lot was well lit and the area was safe. If you are traveling and need a place to lay your head, have peace of mind and not break the bank, this is a great option.

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Alex checked us in, gave us all the information we needed, as well as the amenities and things to do. Later, Carmen checked back to see if we were comfortable and needed anything further. Amazing and super nice people.

The room was very clean and quite comfortable. The staff even managment was amazing. The only reason I tt managment was because I put a bag in dumpster. It was stuff from room that we used microwave to cook. Burnt popcorn, lol ! They care about there visitors & through that I met another Christian friend. Was a perfect ending to our last night there. Staff was pleasant & took time to speak to you which you seldom find.

Easy location to my mother in Brookdale Eddy Pond residence.
